MANSORY WORKS

  1. Construct 50mm height mortar base:
    • – 10ft kitchen cabinet base with side matching tiles finish
    • – fridge base with complete matching tiles finish
    • – washing machine base with complete matching tiles finish
    • – 01 shower kerb with complete matching tiles finish

 

PLUMBING WORKS

  1. Alteration/Extension of stainless steel cold water inlet pipes for kitchen sink position (If required)
  2. Alteration/Extension of stainless steel cold water inlet pipes for washer position (If required)
  3. Provide labour for installation for mirror & bathroom accessories set at 02 bathrooms
  4. Provide labour for installation for kitchen sink and tap
  5. Provide labour for installation of storage heater
  6. Laying of conceal PVC outlet drainage pipes for kitchen sink (If required)
  7. Laying of conceal PVC outlet drainage pipes for washer (If required)

 

CEILING WORKS

  1. Supply & install L-Box light holder at living area
  2. Supply & install L-Box light holder at dining area
  3. Supply & install false ceiling at foyer area
  4. Supply & install false ceiling at passage way leading to bedrooms area

CARPENTRY WORKS

  1. Design & fabricate 6ft full height built-In wardrobe c/w casement door using solid plywood in high pressure laminate finish, internal carcass colour PVC & ABS edging doors
    Included:
    • – Excel soft closing hinges
    • – 03 drawers with full extension drawer runners
    • – Aluminium hanging rod
  1. Design & fabricate 6ft suspended single line built-in T.V console using solid plywood in high pressure laminate finish, internal carcass colour PVC & ABS edging doors/drawers Included:
    • – Soft closing hinges
    • – 01 flip down arm with glass door
    • – 02 drawers with full extension drawer runners
  1. Supply & fabricate 20ft built-in top & bottom kitchen cabinet using solid plywood in high pressure laminate finish, internal carcass colour PVC & ABS edging doors/drawers
    Included:
    • – 10ft solid quartz work top with single front profile & skirting
    • – 03 drawers with soft closing drawer runners
    • – 01 aluminium glass door with hydraulic air spring arm
    • – 01 set 2-tier stainless steel dish rack
    • – 01 PVC cutlery tray
    • – Provide labour for installation of hob & hood

 

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

  1. Supply & paint whole unit’s wall using Nippon Odour-less All-in-1 paints (Choice of colours)
  2. Supply & paint whole unit’s ceiling using Nippon matex paint
  3. Supply & install 01 set frameless 10mm thk tempered glass straight type fix & swing shower screen
  4. Supply & lay protection sheet for all newly laid floor tiles during renovation period
  5. Provide chemical washing for all newly laid floor tiles
  6. Provide general cleaning for whole unit
  7. Up-lifting of materials and disposal of debris
